Service Inspirations, LLC ("us", "we", or "our") operates the serviceconference.org website and produces the Service Oriented Conference. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This document explains how we use the personal data we collect when you use our site and register for or attend the conference.
When you register, we collect personal identification information including your name and email address.
When you access our website, we collect your computer or phone's IP address as part of industry standard security logging practices. These logs are expunged automatically after seven days.

When you attend the conference, Zoom collects information from you in accordance with the Zoom Privacy Statement.
Cookies are text files placed on your computer to collect standard Internet log information and visitor behavior information. When you visit our websites, we use cookies to keep you logged in to the site during your session. These cookies are required for the website to operate. You must accept them to login, register, or attend the conference.
Only if you use the Remember Me feature, an additional long-lived cookie stores your login information so that you can access our site in the future without re-entering your password.

You directly provide us with this information when you access our website, register to attend the conference, and when you actually attend the conference.
We do not collect your data indirectly from any other sources.
We collect your data so that we can provide access to the Service Oriented Conference to authorized ticket holders and to prevent access by unauthorized individuals.
We will use your email address to provide confirmation of registration and website links and other information that you will need to attend the conference.
Your information is stored in a secure datacenter managed by our web hosting company. This datacenter is located in Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA.
We keep your information until you choose to delete your account. Zoom and Stripe retain your information according to their own policies (see above).
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.
We may disclose personal information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect and defend our rights or property, act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the site, or protect against legal liability.
