The Service Resume: Building From Desire Instead of Capability
The Service Resume: Building From Desire Instead of Capability

The Service Resume: Building From Desire Instead of Capability Most service offerings can start in the same place: skills. What can you do? What are you good at? What have you been trained to offer? This interactive discussion doesn’t start there. We will start with a harder & quieter question, and talk about what brings you pleasure in service? We will map where your energy wakes up, and where you lean in. This isn’t about what you can do. Most of us can do a lot. That’s not the issue. This interactive discussion walks through the gap between capability and desire. We will talk about the services that drain you and the ones that put you in flow. Because “I can do that” may not bring the pleasure that you want. You’ll leave with something living. Not a list of offerings, but a clearer sense of where your service actually lives, and some idea where it doesn’t.
